challenge guidelines:
daily:
- study at least 4 hours each day. (adapt time in morning, afternoons)
- never miss SAT practise. read scientific news each day.
- stretch and stay hydrated. be emotionally intelligent and always try to be kind.
weekly:
- read a book, any book.
- workout every other day.
- cut out refined sugars, but allow yourself a treat 1x a week MAX.
- dedicate time to your hobbies, reading, drawing or coding
why are you doing this?
because i want to be exceptional, i want to be significantly better than average. i want to do more than talk. i want to be the best in academics and in all aspects of life. i want to maintain my intellectual curiosity and push myself out of comforts.
