challenge guidelines:

daily:

  1. study at least 4 hours each day. (adapt time in morning, afternoons)
  2. never miss SAT practise. read scientific news each day.
  3. stretch and stay hydrated. be emotionally intelligent and always try to be kind.

weekly:

  1. read a book, any book.
  2. workout every other day.
  3. cut out refined sugars, but allow yourself a treat 1x a week MAX.
  4. dedicate time to your hobbies, reading, drawing or coding

why are you doing this?

because i want to be exceptional, i want to be significantly better than average. i want to do more than talk. i want to be the best in academics and in all aspects of life. i want to maintain my intellectual curiosity and push myself out of comforts.
