balance

“you’ve got so much potential, why don’t you start putting in the work to achieve your dreams? wake up a little earlier, spend one hour more on studying, watch something educational in your free time. make small efforts to become better—for just one month. try for just a month.”

september week 2. 11th to 17th september 2023.

self-focus is good, but occasionally, a reminder that there are other individuals share my aspirations to be a research astrophysicist is a good means to motivate me. if i want to achieve my goals, i need to make sure i am outdoing them in the hours and dedication i put into physics—that’s the only certainty i have.

for now, the only competition i have is overcoming myself and the lack of discipline. i need to make sure i’m not only average, i need to get the top grades. i can only achieve this by sticking to my plan.

“the greatest loss is wasted time.”
