i love my pretentious titles.

  1. prioritise academics over all else. study hard and well. A grades in all my subjects and exams.
  2. reduce my screen-time. it cannot exceed more than 4 hours per day. + maintain a good lifestyle

goal #1

in depth plan:

as resits: one month away. practise dilligently, at least one past paper practise each day. aim for UMS 100. be strict with yourself.

homework deadlines: assure all homework is completed conscientiously and sufficiently. this is to make sure you’re up to date with a-level content.

internal assessments: keep track of dates on google calendar. study a week prior, and aim for 100%. do not coddle yourself.

goal #2

in depth plan

screen-time: reduce screen-time. cannot exceed 8 hours per day, even on weekends. 8 hours is not normal, it is addiction.

lifestyle: current plan; restrict refined sugars and fasting on wednesdays & fridays. try to workout every other day.

socialisation: socialise and spend time with friends. live your life enthusiastically and without regret.

emotional management: journal and write. be kind to yourself and make sure you stay disciplined.

always remember; the witrue limit is the one you set for yourself.
